Of the four lodge suites, Unit #2 is our only Lodge suite which does not have a private hot tub on the deck. As you can see, Unit #2 is a four hundred square foot area with a high vaulted ceiling. Unit #2 contains a kitchenette, table and chairs for four, a full size bathroom, fireplace, television, VCR and telephone with internet hook-up. There are two sitting chairs in the room as well as on your own private deck which overlooks the Harbour of Tofino.

The view of the Harbour has been quite popular by our guests, who enjoy spotting wildlife such as Eagles, Whales, Otters, Herons and sometimes even Bears right from the deck. Also watching the various boats making their way out of the Harbour to go fishing or whale watching, and the float planes that leave the harbour to take scenic flights of the area or take a quick flight up to the Hot Springs.

After spending a day beachcombing our local beaches or hiking a trail through the rainforest, relax in the privacy of your suite and prepare for one of those sunsets that makes Tofino so special in the hearts of so many.

The Sea Shanty , offers a great variety of locally caught seafood and more. A trip to the Sea Shanty will make your stay a the House of Himwitsa complete…
